Roughly 75% of the work done at Shea is hospitality focused, but there were still occasionally opportunities to work in the retail market. Naturally, the largest of these was to work with Lunds and Byerlys to refresh their prototype before opening their new location in Highland Park. But even so, a handful of RFPs and a few smaller projects were still lively changes of pace from the world of restauranteurs.
